Many sales people have reputation of being pushy etc. Not here Across the across the dealership Diana & Anthony are Beyond reasonably Fair and The process is seamless , Friendly and Know what they are doing. So refreshing after listening to the BS at MANY other dealerships. It was highly recommended to me and I Highly recommended to my brother and we will come back and refer others . More
Terrible Service I lease alot of cars for my business. This dealership service mechanics work is fine. Getting to them is a nightmare. The front desk is nice and polite, but cannot accommodate like other dealerships can. The wait for an oil change can be over 2 hrs. After waiting 3 1/2 hours for a warrantee repair, they told me I have to come back. Parts need to be ordered. Why they do not stock parts is a mystery to me. They charge enough to have some type of inventory. Biggest complaint... THE DO NOT RETURN CALLS. I had to call 4 times within a 9 hr. period to finally speak to "The Manager". After all that I was back to square one. Nothing accomplished. I will not be doing any more leasing from this dealership. Too bad I couldn't give the a 0 rating. This dealership cost me hours of wasted time on a new vehicle. It should not be like this. If you are reading this I suggest the same. Find another dealership. More

Terrible Customer Service My family has leased three cars and bought two from this dealership. They are pleasant and professional when they want to get you under contract. When I recently went to return a lease and I told them I would not be leaving another car they refused to take the lease back. They were impolite and unprofessional. When they found out they were not making money off of me they were incredibly disrespectful. Thankfully East Hills Chevy in Freeport took my vehicle back. They were kind and considerate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT BICAL! If you want a Chevy go to East Hills just down the road! More

When I called the service people told me that the next appointment was over 8 days later, and they had no loaners. I have a 2018 Malibu which is a great car but I need a car every day. the "Rocket Scientist" I spoke to told me to use the car anyway. Real Smart and Safe advise. I called GM and they said they called Chevy in Freeport and they would be glad to take the car in. And if they didn't have a loaner, since my car is new they would pay for a rental. Sounds like people I want to do business with. Not a dealer like BICAL CHEVROLET OF VALLEY STREAM that think they are doing you a favor. More

I was assured by the sales manager and sales person that my lease price had all fees rolled into monthly price and when I picked up Car there was a $650 acquisition fee they made me pay. Even though I was told and have in writing that all fees were in the lease. I have asked them to review over ten days again and no one has even replied with an answer. Horrible customer service!!! I got there on time for the appointment and the service advisor advised me that he could only do the oil change at that time and that they were too busy to scan the code for check engine light. They had no rental cars available and he said it would be at least a month to get me in to fix anything engine related. I write this review because i asked to speak to a manager and was told he was busy and would call me back n he never did. I bought a $43,000 truck with a $2,000 100k mile extended warranty you would thing they would take care of a small issue right away. I will never recommend this dealership again. More
