After trying A few different ones out we found the perfect BMW that we decided to purchase. We dealt with Jerry Cadorette mostly and he was amazing. The other person that helped us was Lindsey and she was super nice. Over all we could not have had a more pleasant experience. We were scared at first however Jerry made it so easy to do business with and we got the exact deal we wanted. More

A tow truck company severely damaged my car during a routine tow and I was referred to Bezema from the dealership. I spoke with Erik and explained the situation. Once I gave the go-ahead to fix the car, he and his staff worked to ensure they met the timeline they promised me. I was so relieved when I picked up my car and it looked absolutely perfect! Not only did they fix and clean the outside of my car but they also professionally detailed it. My husband and I are so pleased with the service and we will be going back to Erik and his shop for all of our automotive needs going forward. Thank you, Erik!! Nicole & Michael More
worst experience ever I was sold a lemon flat out the car had so many issues when I got it but every time I called or went back it was always brushed off. With in a month o I was sold a lemon flat out the car had so many issues when I got it but every time I called or went back it was always brushed off. With in a month of having it my car would not hold transmission fluid due to a massive leak and was Un - driveable. When I called I was told they would look at it but only if I could get it there myself which obviously was not an option. My dad ended up fixing it for me but the car went downhill from there. Now a year later the car is dead and needs more work then it's worth. I made multiple attempts to get through to the dealership before my car got this bad and either couldn't get through to someone or never got a call back. Now I have the finance company down my throat and a car I can't drive. They were willing to help me at first but now are not willing to do anything. If this doesn't get straightened out I will be contacting a lawyer and proceeding with suing. More

They try to sell you 20k cars that are worth 15k not to mention the paint is touched up with the wrong shades, there are scratches all over the cars and they all needed new tires. This place is a total ripoff and I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this dealer to anybody! More
BUYER BEWARE !!!! STAY AWAY!!!! The single worse car buying experience I have EVER HAD. The single worse customer service I have EVER HAD. (the main culprit was the sales manager JOSEPH SPINALE) First and foremost the car that I purchased turned out to be a complete Lemon. Within 2 days of having the vehicle the car was no longer drivable. It began to constantly stall out and the check engine light would continuously come on. The car was still under warranty (only because of the Massachusetts 30 day lemon law) so I was able to take it back. However, upon taking it back my car was kept their for a duration of 35 DAYS. Every day I would call and try to receive some kind of update on my vehicle and every day they had a new story for me. At times I was even placed on hold only to eventually be "disconnected" without speaking to anyone.(at times was told to hold, waited for durations of 30 plus minutes, only never to be answered.) After finally receiving my car back after a 35 day wait period and MULTIPLE trips to the dealership, I immediately experienced problems again. In fact, within 1 week all the services and parts that they had claimed to replace began to let go. I tried POLITELY calling the dealership back to allow them to fix these problems once and for all, however this only escalated the situation between the hotheaded sales manager Joe Spinale and myself. Instead of trying to assist and apologize for the problems that the car and the dealership had caused me, JOE, began to get very angry with me as if I did something wrong. Eventually on about my sixth trip down to the dealership (which was about 45 minutes away from my house) Just when I thought things could not get any worse, they did. Joe hit a new low. My father simply requested a receipt of the repairs that they had claimed they performed. This enraged Joe and he actually step towards my father and got with in once inch of his face. At this time he began yelling and swearing at my father. (ABSOLUTELY APPAULING) Needless to say it was only a sign of things to come. Over the next 2 months I had to put over 5,000 dollars into my vehicle, replacing everything from my TRANSMISSION ($3,000) to my radiator, clutch fan, thermostat, anti-freeze reservoir, radiator shroud, window motor, and believe me the list goes on and on. So long story short not only was my car a complete LEMON, but the sales manager JOE SPINALE was single handily the worst customer service representative that I have ever encountered. I plead with anyone who reads this to take my advice and stay away from Bezema motors at all cost; they are complete SCAM artist !!!!! If you don't want to take my word read other reviews posted on other sites such as Google reviews and you will get an idea of what kind of dealership they truly are. CAN NOT STRESS IT ENOUGH, BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Bought a jeep 40DAYS ago and now I have to put $500 worth of work into it. I called them to see what could be done. I finally got to speak with the general manager, John after calling back and going to sales because Pamela didn't pick up. The general manager is the rudest man! He spoke down to me, laughed at me for saying I wanted my money back because I didn't want to deal with them anymore. They are awful! I would never ever go back there. They wouldn't help at all. A tow they said would be very expensive and we would pay for any parts because it was 10 days after the warranty was up! Total xxxx! TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!!! TERRIBLE CARS!!!!! ALL AROUND HORRIBLE PLACE. BRING YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE More
I had been looking for a used 2013 Lexus GS350 pretty much everywhere and stumbled across this one among many others in the Boston area. I travelled down one Sunday to test drive this and two others and much everywhere and stumbled across this one among many others in the Boston area. I travelled down one Sunday to test drive this and two others and never even made to the other ones. Tony was upfront and helpful form the moment we talked on the phone. The car was in immaculate shape and well cared for in their vast facilities. Tony knew pretty much every detail about the car and the previous owner and if he didn't know something, he found it out. Great experience and I would highly recommend these guys. They find wonderful cars, have a good following, and are easy to deal with! More
