I was very impressed with the concern ,and extra speed. Employees ,Tim Seymour and Christopher Galasso , performed the work needed on my car. I have Diabetes 2 ,and told them I was feeling a bit troubled about having some reaction to my blood sugar levels.The Employees mentioned ,did the brake work in 45 mins. vrs. 1 1/2 hrs.as was said normally would be required! The slum of Toyota dealerships I don't know - maybe I was just spoiled at my own dealership in another state. I just moved here and needed an oil change so I took my car into this d I don't know - maybe I was just spoiled at my own dealership in another state. I just moved here and needed an oil change so I took my car into this dealership because they would have access to all the service records on my 2005 Toyota. It was crowded and they were super busy. Customers hanging out on seats outside. The check in went smooth enough. The service guy took me into a crowded - place to wait that looked more like a bus station lobby in a bad part of town. The seats were practically on top of a "store" - just in case you were suddenly possessed to buy some deodorizers or a sunshade. Sure there was coffee but the water was $2.50 in the vending machine. I was barely sat down and a salesman called me on my phone trying to convince me that I needed a shiny new car and bluetooth. It bothered me that he didn't even try to understand my needs. Some people don't care about bling the same way some people don't care about a world of diminishing resources. He could have at least asked why I was driving a 2005. In a fairly short time - the service guy came in with my bill and sat furtively next to me trying to convince me I needed 1000 dollars worth of work at that very minute. He warned me that my battery could die on the way home. Now being a woman and almost 65 - I realize Im a perfect target for fear from people who think I can be easily manipulated - but I have been very fortunate to teach media literacy in college and I can see right through the "fear" tactics.. And I resent it. I paid for my oil change and miraculously made it home with no dead battery. I soon found a local reputable garage and got my back brakes done for about 150 less than I was quoted and the guy even cleaned off my battery posts for nothing and fixed a loose panel that was rattling for about 40 bucks after you had quoted me 200. Total cost - $211 bucks. I was told I would receive a survey to complete but i never got it.. People say it's the way of dealerships but that's not true. I can vouch that there are much better dealers out there that actually respect customers - take care of them and and sell to their needs. You could do better - much better. More

On other occasions it has been lets get all the things which will be needed to be done in the near future while I have the chance to leave my truck for a day or two. I drive a lot of miles for my work and rely on my truck to work. All the Service Advisors have been great but especially my hats off to Stanley Rumowski (my go to guy for years) and my most recent Service Advisor Scott Deppen. I would also like to recognize the outstanding job technician Kevin Yarnell has done on numerous occasions work on my Tundra. He has taken the time to listen to my concerns and even take me to my truck so I can see the issues myself. It should be noted that very rarely can I plan my visits due to an unpredictable work schedule so I tend to just go in early with no appointment - hence my interaction with various advisors. More
