I had a terrible experience at Bev Smith Toyota. I visited the dealership hoping to get a good deal on a new car, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. From the start, the sales manager int I visited the dealership hoping to get a good deal on a new car, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. From the start, the sales manager interfered, not letting the salesperson do their job. Then he tried to entertain us with stories from his personal life that weren't of any interest to us. I don't know if that's part of his job, but that kind of customer service was completely inappropriate. Furthermore, he never presented any results regarding the lease offer I proposed. He was always very pessimistic and belittled our attempt to get a lease, saying it was totally impossible. Finally, after a long wait, he came back with a completely different offer than the one we wanted. He brought us a financing offer with calculations that were impossible to accept. I suspect he did it on purpose, as his intention was never to help the customer, even though that wasn't the reason we visited the dealership. In conclusion, this is the second time I've visited that dealership and ended up having a terrible experience, always because of that one person, the Sales Manager. It's a shame because their sales agents are the complete opposite, and the service in general is excellent. More
