I brought my prius in because of a brake diagnoses waited three hours, then had to find the service advisor to get my car back. They gave me an estimate for $4276.00 for brakes and another $940.00 for unnece three hours, then had to find the service advisor to get my car back. FYI the repair department marks up the parts department prices about 40%. I'll NEVER go there again. More
Horrible service, sales folks lie, buying experience was like a Walmart employee lunch room. Tint was screwed up, tech stained my seat with glue. Trade-n was reduced $4k after deal was agreed. The body manager promised me a call back Tuesday from last Thursday when I took it in. Guess what, haven’t heard a word. I have the pictures to proof this. I am getting ready to purchase a new vehicle. My last 4 vehicles were 4 runners. Needless to say it will not be a Toyota. I will never spend another penny at Toyota. You can only go forward if you floor the gas pedal, going on the hwy at 70 the rpms jump up and all the way down, the transmission whines so loud. I asked for the mechanic to go for a ride with me, he declines. Call 800 toyota they contact bev smith toyota and they reach back out to me with an apology and that someone will do a ride along with me if I come back. I decided o.k. went back and this gentleman (not a mechanic) rode along with me and said after 20 years at Toyota he's never heard that noise. No code no problems. OK. Each day it is getting louder and won't let me go forward inless the pedal is all the way too the floor. Well, guess what. They better hire better mechanics because I need a new transmission. For two weeks I've been driving an unsafe car because no one there knows anything about cars. I will never ever use bev smith for sales or service. I had to break down at 4 am on my way to North Florida to see my dad. A trip I could not make in my new car because your mechanics couldn't figure out what's wrong with my car because there wasn't a Dummy light on. No dummy light no repair. Dummy light=Dummy Mechanics. And who sends a non mechanic along for a mechanical road test. They were trying to just get rid of me. Stay away from this unprofessional place. Bev Smith= Nothing but xx More

Then they screwed her on trade in value, interest rate on loan (all the while marketing 1.9 on TV and being told by their finance guy that offer no longer exists) mind you the wife has a solid 765 credit rating! Then the ticker- they tried to sell me Gap Insurance for 6000. and when I called my insurance the accounting guy said that would take forever and he had an appointment and could not wait.....I got coverage in 10 minutes including GAP for a whopping 450. Since my wife bought a new car, I decided to take a look at a truck they had traded in- it was a trade in and in shop so not available to look at so we decided to come back Monday to check. Over the weekend I got a chance to evaluate my experience and decided to write. Buyer beware, be informed. Don't take anyone's word for anything at Bev Smith. So, this morning they called. "hey, wanna come look at the beautiful truck we have for you.?" Fool me once................. More
