As I have stated in past reviews, I am very pleased to be working with Tyler as my service advisor. He is a straight talker and very knowledgeable. On a negative note on the dealership, I was given a batteries and tires for life on this truck as long as I owned the vehicle and Bev Smith did all the service and alignments. I always complied BUT they are no longer honoring the promise. This is disturbing to me and I was told it is in the fine print which I never could find. So I probably will never buy from Bev Smith but will do my Service there as long as Tyler is still there. More

I brought my prius in because of a brake diagnoses waited three hours, then had to find the service advisor to get my car back. They gave me an estimate for $4276.00 for brakes and another $940.00 for unnece three hours, then had to find the service advisor to get my car back. Horrible service, sales folks lie, buying experience was like a Walmart employee lunch room. Tint was screwed up, tech stained my seat with glue. Trade-n was reduced $4k after deal was agreed.
