While we ended up buying a Grand Highlander Hybrid, I am not happy with how they tried to avoid giving upfront detailed information and pricing. The manager had all sorts of xx why they cannot even give me not happy with how they tried to avoid giving upfront detailed information and pricing. The manager had all sorts of xx why they cannot even give me a copy of the specs for the car I had paid the deposit! It was an unpleasant scene and only when I raised my voice and took the position to walkout of the deal, did they half-heartedly provide bits and pieces of information. Adam saved the day for them.
