I would prefer that every time I bring my truck there for maintenance that I not be asked buy a sales rep to buy my truck. We purchased our vehicle on May 6th, paid in full! Only received one key! Was told we had to wait and if they could not get the other original key from the previous owner then they would order one t Only received one key! We’ve waited over one whole month, I called the parts department and they told me they could have programmed the additional key day one with the one key that was given to us on day one! Instead we’re the ones who had to suffer day after day with only one key for over a month! Very disappointing, frustrating and disheartening to very loyal customers for years! More
Parts for my truck were on backorder, it took a month and a half for the parts to arrive. I received an email stating that the parts had arrived, and when I called to set up an appointment, I was told that t a half for the parts to arrive. I received an email stating that the parts had arrived, and when I called to set up an appointment, I was told that the parts were not there. Followed back up on my own on a few days later, to find that the parts had arrived. Service was scheduled for Saturday, which took about three hours and I was never offered a courtesy vehicle. Being that I just purchased the vehicle a little over a month ago, I figured that would be a nice gesture for my business. Jonathan took good care of me along with another gentleman that took my vehicle and got it washed after the service was complete. The truck is running fine now. More
