I had a very good experience at Bev Smith Toyota. Mike Santos was an awesome Salesperson. He reached out to me the day the car I had inquired in arrived at the dealership (early). I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with their internet sales staff, from Noreen to Fred. I called about an advertised Highlander that is in bound for delivery in Feb 2025 3 days ago. I gave Noree internet sales staff, from Noreen to Fred. I called about an advertised Highlander that is in bound for delivery in Feb 2025 3 days ago. I gave Noreen the VIN, my name and email, and asked for a proposal to be emailed. I then got bounced around for the 3 days. Call after call about the Highlander, but no proposal. The website CLEARLY listed the advertised price, when I finally got a hold of Fred (claimed internet sales manger), he “couldn’t find” the VIN, even though he repeated the last 3 digits. He then proceeded to tell me that they do not sell at that price. Just another “bait and switch” operation. So sad. More
