I had a very good experience at Bev Smith Toyota. Mike Santos was an awesome Salesperson. He reached out to me the day the car I had inquired in arrived at the dealership (early). Christian one of the managers also assisted in the process and is very good at working numbers. Finance streamlined the paperwork process. All of the employees are very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate that customers are offered refreshments. I have already referred my friends to Bev Smith Toyota for their future car needs. I’m looking forward to my first service appointment to see the new building and facilities. Also to drop in and see Mike and thank him again for all he did to get me the vehicle I wanted. More

I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with their internet sales staff, from Noreen to Fred. I called about an advertised Highlander that is in bound for delivery in Feb 2025 3 days ago. I gave Noree internet sales staff, from Noreen to Fred. I called about an advertised Highlander that is in bound for delivery in Feb 2025 3 days ago. I gave Noreen the VIN, my name and email, and asked for a proposal to be emailed. I then got bounced around for the 3 days. Call after call about the Highlander, but no proposal. The website CLEARLY listed the advertised price, when I finally got a hold of Fred (claimed internet sales manger), he “couldn’t find” the VIN, even though he repeated the last 3 digits. He then proceeded to tell me that they do not sell at that price. Just another “bait and switch” operation. So sad. More
