I came in for one reason and the following afternoon, another issue arose and left me with no heat and indication lights on dash. They forgot to reset my oil life monitor. It can only be reset by their scan tools. They almost washed it when I asked them not too. I stopped to porter right before he sent it in to the wash It can only be reset by their scan tools. They almost washed it when I asked them not too.
