Have had car in shop 3/4 times in the last 6 weeks. Each time was frustrating with no communication as to the status of repairs, was promised car back certain days/times and then not delivered. Told me I needed work done on my van, but they weren't willing to research my extended warranty from Mancari's. If I want to use their service department, I have to do my own research. Since I bought the extended warranty when I bought the van, I would think that I should be able to use it at any Chrysler dealer. I lived close to Mancari when I made the purchase, but I have since moved much further west and the Lockport dealership was the closest for me. More
