The fact that they opened in Lockport is a huge plus for me but really, I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. While Stellantis products and the sales folks are really good, I highly recommend Bettenhausen because of their service. More

I didn't have a problem with Service at all. They did a wonderful job on my car. I specifically stated that I wasn't trying to get another Jeep due to certain reasons and the rep on the phone said it wouldn't be a problem because they had 3 locations that could possibly accommodate me. This was not the case when I arrived because when Adam attempted to sale me a car, he first started off with my note would have to go up $200 more, which is not a great selling point to begin with, then when I explained to him that I wasn't trying to get a Jeep, he blew me off by saying, "Well, that's what I sell...you want a Durango?"
