Jose Silva was great to work with for our recent new car purchase. We very much appreciate his pleasant and approachable demeanor. Also, he was very transparent every step of the way, including with the fin purchase. We very much appreciate his pleasant and approachable demeanor. Also, he was very transparent every step of the way, including with the financing options. We knew the car we were interested in purchasing upon arrival, so it was just a matter of a quick test drive. But he clearly explained the main features of the car, how to set up the Jeep app, and went over the tutorial videos. We have been Bettenhausen customers for several years and are so glad to be able to now have a location close to home in Lockport.
