I had to set up an appointment (drive 20 minutes each way) for the tech to diagnose what I already told them was wrong. 3 minutes later they confirmed I was correct and they had to order parts. Joe and Jason did excellent jobs two different days on two different vehicles. Friendly and knowledgeable. Informed me of regular maintenance that was due.
