Quote was accurate. Service advisor was nice to deal with - the date mix up. Was not impressed with the technician. Was never given a report on what was done. Quoted me the wrong service. Said all tie rids were bad. I was quoted $1000 for a service I didnt need and they continued to charge me a tire rotation even after I said dont service it. I brought my car to I was quoted $1000 for a service I didnt need and they continued to charge me a tire rotation even after I said dont service it. I brought my car to two other places, both said the ball joints were bad. Got my ball joints replaced and it fixed all wobble and wear in my tires. I tried to ask for my diagnostic and rotation money back and they refused. Terrible service and most likely tried ripping me off because I am a college student. I will warn my friends to stay away.
