Took a day longer to perform scheduled recall work than I was told. Did not reconnect all cables when reinstalling the dash causing me to lose my SYNC and AC. This created an extra trip to the dealer on my t was told. Did not reconnect all cables when reinstalling the dash causing me to lose my SYNC and AC. This created an extra trip to the dealer on my time. Also, performed other work greater that $250 without receiving consent as specified in writing on drop off documentation. They offered nothing to compensate me for my extra trip to the dealer or for performing work without my consent. Not even a car wash. I usually let things go and I don't think I've ever given a bad review but this was a very frustrating experience and no one there seemed to care. More
