My wife brought her vehicle in for recall work and the service person said that a wheel bearing needed to be replaced and that it would be cheaper to get it fixed while it was on the lift. I brought her v service person said that a wheel bearing needed to be replaced and that it would be cheaper to get it fixed while it was on the lift. I brought her vehicle to MD Automotive in Zeeland and they told us that there was absolutely nothing wrong with any wheel bearing! Trying to take advantage of a lady over the greed spells zero integrity! Ladies beware of the service department! More

Very Clean, Matt in service is GREAT! Unfortunately my truck issue is still unresolved!! Bought a brand new Explorer and realized immediately there was an issue with the door clip! Had to schedule service for the whole door panel to be replaced!! Took it in and had it serviced for two hours only to take it home and realize the problem still existed.
