Horrible to try to get a hold of on the phone finally had to drive out to talk to someone. Your service team is very poor with communication and keeping the customer in the loop. Slow at getting things done. Kept telling me when we would get it back only to find out it still wasn’t done. They lied to me several times! They did not fix my vehicle! They did not do the work they claimed to have done! Had to finally take my vehicle to another dealership to get the issue fixed! Surprised you discontinued the $20.00 service program I received at the time of car purchase. - a 300 % cost increase but tech gave me a $15.00 credit.
