The staff at Betten Baker responded very quickly to my interest in a vehicle. Communication was excellent, videos of the vehicle were sent to me, as well as texts and phone calls. I had my oil coolant line replaced and it went out the day I received my truck back. I was stranded for work and needed to call in because my vehicle was not holding oil. I was told I was going to receive a call that day because it was being towed to the dealership and never heard back from them until the following Tuesday. Picked up my truck on that Tuesday because it was finished and had a oil level low sensor come on 20mins later. They had forgotten to put oil in my vehicle but I assumed it was the same thing so I had it towed a 3rd time only to find out there was no oil. They kept it over the weekend to ensure it was just that and when I received my truck back on monday, there was dog hair everywhere, trash left inside my vehicle, and no gas in it so I assume they had someone drive it over the weekend and didn’t do anything to it once they brought it back Monday for me to pick up. Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership and will never visit them again because of it. My father and I have purchased our last two trucks from them and that will never happen again because of the experience. More

The process to set up a service call is way too long through a third-party. you need to be able to talk to somebody directly at the service desk.
