Service was excellent! Had my oil change and battery and alternator checked, and my key fob checked out (this was my extra key fob) as it wasn't working. Everything done in a timely manner. Went over everything to that need to be service and what the charges would be. I waited at the dealership while they worked on my car and the work was done in little over an hour. Very happy they were able to fix my key fob...it turned out to be a solder problem. Overall, I am very happy with the service! More

My wife and I first made contact with Steven Ricker via telephone when we started looking for a replacement truck. Steven mentioned to my wife that the dealership was expecting two trucks in later in the telephone when we started looking for a replacement truck. Steven mentioned to my wife that the dealership was expecting two trucks in later in the week. Steven provided my wife with the VIN numbers and descriptions of the vehicles and suggested that I look at them. I reviewed the information and called Steven right back and placed a hold on one of the trucks. Steven told me that the truck would be in around 2PM and I stated we would be down to look at it that same afternoon around 4PM. Steven treated us with respect and listed to what we had experienced up to this point with other Chevy dealers. Steven treated us great throughout the process. We never got the feeling that we were being pressured to purchase the truck. When we mentioned that we had been offered $2,000 dollars more at another dealership Steven calmly explained how they had come up with the current offer. My wife then agreed to make the deal and purchase the truck. More

I’ve never been to this dealership before. Saw the truck (I ended up buying) online and set up an appointment to come in the next day. Got an email from John Mazzy in response to my inquiry, and this was wh (I ended up buying) online and set up an appointment to come in the next day. Got an email from John Mazzy in response to my inquiry, and this was who I primarily dealt with during my truck buying experience. This is during COVID-19 days, all the employees were wearing masks and spaced out properly. Truck was cleaned and sanitized prior to my test drive. The only hold up was the bank so Betley called me when the bank finally came through we finished the paperwork and got a rundown of all the nice tech in the truck. Spent a total of 2 hours at the dealer, and 15-30 was a test drive. Quick and painless. I recommend this dealership and when I need a new Chevy Truck they will be first choice to go to. More
