The overall experience was not to the standards that I have shared at other dealership service centers. The time spent was reasonable, but the interaction with staff and explanation of service before or a have shared at other dealership service centers. We bought two NEW Chevrolets in 2020 from Betley and I was hoping to have a long, friendly relationship in the years to come. I will come back a second time, everyone deserves a second chance, but be on notice - if I do not enjoy the experience, I will not make it a third time. More

My new truck was 2 hours old and had 74 miles on it when the "check engine" light came on. They ordered a part and gave me a loaner until the truck was repaired (6 days). However, when I left the truck ther the "check engine" light came on. They ordered a part and gave me a loaner until the truck was repaired (6 days). However, when I left the truck there I advised them that the right rear door was not closing properly and they failed to look at that during its time in the shop. I was there for about 45 minutes waiting for the door to be adjusted. All seems fine now though. More
