Extremely nice until they get your money!!!! They do their own VA inspections and hide all the problems. If they owe you anything at the end of the sale make sure they put it on a WE OWE YOU form or yo their own VA inspections and hide all the problems. Stay away from Beat Auto Sales. i bought a Mercedes E-320 from them and had problems the very next day after i took it home. The started shaking really bad, this was so stressful. No one expects this after o from them and had problems the very next day after i took it home. The started shaking really bad, this was so stressful. No one expects this after only owning acar for 24 hours!!!! I took the car back and they would not let me echange it, rather they made ME PAY for the repairs! They are only "nice" to you for purposes of deception so that you will buy the car. But once you go back with problems they are NASTY people!!!! Horrible Place!!! More
This is the absolute WORST car buying experience I have to date. These guys arevery deceptive and in opinion performing borderline illegal activities to stay just within the "gray" area of the law. Terik was also very friendly but deviates from what he says when it comes to financing. Key word to get out of this review, DO NOT sign anything until you have the approval from the bank on the loan you are going to get. Now for the negatives 1)Took them a month and a half to pay off my trade-in, it NEVER would have been paid off hadnt I been on them every day. The owner kept saying that he sent the check in TWICE and like the guy before me said "dont worry dont worry dont worry" 2)Took them over 30 days to get my tags, they decided to wait 3 weeks to process them while I had to drive around with expired 30 day tags. 3)DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT, sign any papers until its finalized. So DO NOT buy a car from them AFTER the banks close. I put a hefty amount down on the car to get their interest rate and Terik said he would "take care of me". Yeah a few days passed and while I was driving the new car, they NEVER called, just sort of let me hang out to dry. To make a VERY long story short, I ended up having to cough up ANOTHER few grand for the down payment because no other bank would give me the money. But thats a whole other ball game. 4)The cars DO have issues with them. About a few weeks after the purchase I noticed it had definitely been in an accident upon closer examination. While not severe, for what I paid for the car I felt a little screwed over. Plan on spending a couple grand to get the car the way you want it. 5)If you have a trade in that you still owe money on, plan on making a few trips there to get stuff done. Because you can speak to people and leave messages on their voice mails til the cows come home, it wont do you any good. You need to make a physical presence to get anything done there. My recommendation, do not trade in your car with this place, as they will take their time paying it off. More
The absolute WORST dealership you could possibly buy from. EVERYTHING about them is fraudulent. MOST of the cars have some type of issue and there 30 day warranty is just for show. They will drag the from. EVERYTHING about them is fraudulent. MOST of the cars have some type of issue and there 30 day warranty is just for show. They will drag the time by giving excuses like "the shop is closed today" or "come back tomorrow, its busy". IMPORTANT - They will try to rush you into signing the papers without securing financing first, while "guaranteeing" the lowest rate possible later. They also try to cover the papers while saying "just sign here on this line". They are making you sign a bill of sale that basically states you promise to pay the entire sum within a week in cash/cashier check. When this happens and you try to cancel the deal with the outrageous interest rate they secured for you, they say, "you signed the bill of sale promising to pay the entire sum within a week, we are just trying to help you secure financing". If I knew what I know now back then, I would have been MORE than happy to pay $10k MORE for the same exact car somewhere else. It took them almost 3 months to pay off my trade and if I wasn't looking after it and making sure they made the payments, it would have ruined my credit. What dealer do you know takes 3 months to pay off your trade and makes the payment on it until he can afford to pay it off?? UNBELIEVABLE! Tarek is a flat out liar and very unprofessional, knows absolutely NOTHING about cars. They all try to be nice at first to get you to sign the paperwork. Watch out for the owner, he tries to invite you into his office and sweet talk you like your family and you have known each other for years. His famous line, "don’t worry, don't worry". He also tries to talk over you every time you explain your situation, with "don't worry, don't worry". On top of all this, I had to pay $3k to get the car back in decent shape. SAVE TIME, MONEY AND A HEADACHE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. More
I purchased a 2000 BMW from these licensed criminals on December 13, 2009 and was "sweet talked" in to signing fraudulent paperwork. The finance manager, Terik, told me to tell the financer that I had tra December 13, 2009 and was "sweet talked" in to signing fraudulent paperwork. The finance manager, Terik, told me to tell the financer that I had traded my car, the dealership paid my car off, the BMW had navigation, the BMW had a superior audio system, and that I had placed $3000 cash as down payment. Every one of those statements was FALSE! I was told that these "additions" to the loan paperwork would ensure I could obtain the interest rate I desired, so I went along with the idea. After a couple of days, I began to question the validity of what I had signed. I did some research and found that the "additions" were also considered fraud and such an act is considered a prohibited practice under the Virginia General Assembly in relation to consumer transactions. I first attempted to contact the dealership; however, after a week of Terik and his salesman avoiding me, I decided to contact the financer directly. On December 21, 2009 I called the lienholder for the BMW and explained the situation that took place with the finance manager and how the paperwork that had been submitted was a misrepresentation of the actual deal. I was put in contact with an investigator for the financer and I submitted my bank statement showing my $1000 down payment and he paid a visit to the dealership. On December 23, 2009 I received a call from Terik asking me what happened with the finance company. I explained the information I had discovered and informed him I would not be a party to any efforts to obtain financing by fraudulent means and told him I would be returning the car and I wanted my down payment refunded. I was placed on hold and then greeted by Mr. Fred, the owner of this prestigious business. Through his billigerent rhetoric he informed me that I should have contacted him before calling the financer and this is not the way a person should conduct business. I was stunned!!! His finance manager wanted me to commit fraud and I conducted business inappropriately???? On December 24, 2009 I returned the BMW to Best Auto Sales and will now pursue a civil suit against them for my $1000 and the time and lost wages I have from this ordeal. The financer is pursuing legal action against them as well and I have contacted another finance company that I know they do business with and have told them the situation that took place. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership because they are simply, licensed criminals. More

I wish I had read the previous reviews before I bought my car from here. The sales manager, Teric, is an excellent sweet talker and he will talk a big game about how honest he is but it's all a facade, h car from here. The sales manager, Teric, is an excellent sweet talker and he will talk a big game about how honest he is but it's all a facade, he lies straight to your face. Like mentioned before, if something is wrong with the car, DO NOT BUY IT. I bought a car and the window went down slow and he told me it was a small thing and there is no need to put it on paper that it would be fixed. After I bought the car he kept putting off getting it fixed by saying "The shop we use is busy" or "They closed down for the day, come back another day". Eventually he kept saying this until the 30 day period expired and he shrugged off all blame saying it was my fault I couldn't get to the dealer in time. All in all, do not trust these guys. They are the reason used car salesman get a reputation of being xxxxxxxx. Again, they have good prices but it is worth the extra money to go to a place that actually cares about the people they sell their cars to. More
