I have had a very positive experience with best auto sales. Everyone from my salesman chris to the owner and the finance department were very helpful. Not only did I get a bmw but it also came with a w sales. Everyone from my salesman chris to the owner and the finance department were very helpful. Not only did I get a bmw but it also came with a warrantee because the vehicle was a pre-owned certified bmw and all I had to do was call bmw and get the certification changed to my name as the new owner and it is warranteed up to 100,000 miles. The took my trade-in and gave me full value for it. I wil definetly recomend best sales auto to anyone looking for a quality hi-end vehicle. I have already sent friends to them. More

I am very please for what Best Auto Sales did for me, they got me the car i wanted, they give me a very good price on my trade in. Customer service was very good from Sales all the way to management. Ok, So I went to "Best" Auto Sales around October of last year looking for a "new" used car as I had been in a severe accident a few weeks prior. As I have read and learned for myself they are fast talking deviants, and want nothing but your money. I went in and instantly found a 2007 Jeep Loredo for under 10k, which is what I was looking for, around 95k miles but I knew the price reduction for increase in miles. So, when they couldnt get a loan that late at night from my insurance, they said we will go through GIECO, and that my wife and I can just go through them to solve it the next day, this raised several flags that something was off, but we really needed a car so we asked if we could take the car to a family known mechanic we use just to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. This really upset Tarek and he went to go get the owner for me not trusting their services and such. So, the owner came down and calmly approached me, telling me the classic "dont worry" "no problem" and so on, so I bought their act and decided to get the car, but only after a test drive. As soon as I pull the car off the lot the engine light comes on, I definatly told, Ali, who had just started when I first came and was the only person who actually did help us, that they needed to fix that and he said yes of coarse, the breaks grinded and squeeked which signals a worn down break pad and possibly the roddar, I also pointed this out to him. Coming back, my wife and I loved the car because, our first car was a jeep and it just brought back good memories, so we decided to get it. Fast forward to the next day after we had dropped it off at our family mechanic, of coarse the usual laundry list of things wrong with the car, such as broken fuel line, leaking oil, cracked radiator, and boardering busted transmission. So after I got off work, I needed to go return the car and get my 1500 dollar down payment back, so me and my wife limp the piece of junk back to "best" auto sales. This is mind you, after 10-15 phone calls to speak with the owner or a Tarek, which was met with, they are out, dont worry, or we will call you back, which they never did. So we get there and are met by Ali, who said that Tarek wanted to speak with me, I said, well I thought he was out. Ali, of coarse did not talk to me on the phone, so he didnt know this was their excuse for the run around. Tarek once again invites us into his office as if we have known each other for years, and starts the conversation off with what is wrong. I straight up told him ,the car. He assured me that his team will get it done and we will be ready to go in a few days, I told him, No, that "his" team was supposed to clear the freaking car last night and they didnt. I said "I just want my deposite back and to return the car." Looking at me like I had an eye on my forhead, he said, we cannot give you your money back because we have a contract, and I told you this last night, that you could get store credit or the repairs done, but no, we cannot give you your money back. In which case, I brought up virginia state Law, that any product you purchase in the glorious state of virginia can and has to have a time limit in which to owner has the right to return unless there is a said stated policy ( for small purchas items, like sale clothes and shoes, possibly televisions.) and for the automible world, there is a time limit of 3 days. Again, Tarek looking like I had a third eye on my forhead, called the owner down. the owner comes down and invites me up to his big "fancy" office to talk, his wife was there and his kids were playing around, like this was going to somewhat persuade me that he is this great business man and family guy. Sitting down behind his big table and such, he tells me that we have a contract and we can not get out of it, I told him about the law, but he still said, why do you need to mention such thing that is no way to do business. He said, you may pic any car in the lot and if it is more expensive just get a bigger loan, I thought to myself, this man is so arrogant he is not only trying not to let me return my car, but to actually, sell me a new one. I laughed at him, and basically told him, if he did not give me my money back and that if he did not let me return the car, I would sue him and this company for everything they had. Outraged, but clearly he understood I was serious, gave me my money back, ripped up the contract infront of me and I got to walk away, with my money in hand and the piece of junk in the lot. I felt bad though,as we walked away, I saw an older couple walk up to the car, Tarek behind them, bragging about it. I later found a fantastic car, at Virginia Auto Sales in arlington. Very friendly staff, great cars, not the most knowledgable people on the planet, but definatly very helpful and give a quality product. So this is my story about "best" auto sales, and so anyonewho reads this, you do have the option of returning the car before its to late, and never ever ever sign anything until you have had the car checked out completely. I got a lemon, purchased it on a Saturday and left it there for them to service, when I picked it up on Thursday, the work had not been done. They promised me that if I took it to my mechanic he would not find anything. Of course I did the next day and he found a list of things. Had they serviced the car they would have known. My mechanic had to put oil in it for me to get it back. I am demanding my money back and look forward to seeing them in Court. How can they stay in business with so many dissatified customers. I am contacting News7 on your side, the Better Business Bureau and anyone else who can put a stop to this type of fraudulent activity. More

This is not BEST AUTO SALES. These people are bunch of crooks doing business. Never ever visit these people. This is my worst experince in my life. They talk very sweet when you first visit them. They call the owner / manager as if he is a clean and honest guy who will do justice and give you a great price. He generally brings his kids to show that he is family man and can not think of cheating. That guy shows the kelly's blue book value on his computer and reduces price by 500 to 1000 dollars while selling their car. When you go home and check the kbb value of the same on your computer, you will be shocked to see the price difference in thouands of dollars. For me he showed the kbb price as 21000 and reduced the price to 19900 (1100 discount). I happily baught the car. But shocked to see actual kbb value (dealer price) was around 12000 dollars for the same. It was 8000 dollars more I paid. Same trick he uses while buying our cars. He showed too low kbb value on his computer and baught two of my cars (Truck + Car) for under 14000. Later I found that the kbb trade in value of my truck itself was 17000 ( the mileage was just 33k). Stay away from these people. Never ever even think of talking to them. More
I was sold the biggest lemon in the whole wide world. I got taken for a ride because I needed a car right then immediately. The last three months, I replaced 3 tires, I bought two nes head lights and they've gone out twice, the air in the car blows at full blast and wouldn't turn off, and now for the air to be one it won't blow till it is on full blast. Recently the car wouldn't start because of battery issue. Just don't go there, they just take your money and prey on people with bad credit and who are desperate. More

They are liars they don't care about you or your family or what is right. All they care about is off loading bad cars to unsuspecting customers. They will pretend to be really nice and helpful but it is all a ploy to get you comfortable so that they can defraud you of your money. They will string you along during your one month warranty and then when it is up they will claim that you have no recourse because the warranty is up. They will say "don't worry" , "No Problem", "we will fix it no problem". Then they take the car to an uncertified hole in the wall shop run by some unprofessional con artists who slap together some repairs designed to be just good enough to last you a month. That way when the car breaks down it is "your fault". Usually the real repairs needed cost many thousands of dollars. I know that mine are at least 6,000 to get the car in proper working order. In my opinion these people are really evil because they know exactly what they are doing yet they do it anyway. I hope that they change their ways or close down. What they are doing is just wrong. I think that all the people who wrote reviews here should get together for a class action suit because "best" auto sales is clearly defrauding people of their hard earned money. The owner is the worst thief but Tarik, Raymond, Jay and T (the slimy finance guy with corn rows) are all accomplices. They should all be fined and censured AT THE LEAST! To think that there are people in jail for stealing a candy bar yet these crooks steal tens of thousands of dollars and walk around like they are respectable citizens is a joke. I really hope Virginia does something about them because this is just wrong! Again I beg you Please do not fall for their tricks. They are sneaky and deceptive. They will tell you one thing and do a completely different thing. They will hide behind a language barrier when they really understand exactly what you are talking about and saying. I have never in my whole life met people like these. This is not the first used car I have bought. This is however the first time that I was lied to multiple times and treated like a complete fool.
