Keith's honesty, experience, and in-depth knowledge of the vehicles was incredible. We always have numerous questions relating to the vehicle , its performance, our trade-in, financing, and learning all the safety features. Keith's personable style, responsiveness, strong communication skills and ability to understand what we wanted in terms of car and price...assured us that we were getting the car we wanted at a good value. We feel very fortunate and would not hesitate to recommend Keith Goldman at Bertera Subaro to any of our family or friends. Great experience. I bought a 2018 OB and Raz was very very helpful. He responded to all my emails and calls in a timely basis and met all of his promises. Great experience from start to finish! Saw the used Hyundai for sale on Edmunds. Discussed some basic information, about the car, with Sheila. She let me know that they would have the car r Saw the used Hyundai for sale on Edmunds. Discussed some basic information, about the car, with Sheila. She let me know that they would have the car ready for us to test drive. We had a 90 mile drive to the dealership and it was well worth it. Raz was ready for us upon arrival and quickly took us to the car. We did a test drive and went back in to discuss next steps. We very quickly agreed upon the price of the car along with the trade-in. Very smooth experience and such a great price! This is the first time I felt good about the experience and not feeling ripped-off. More

Being new to the Subaru vehicle line, we appreciated his low key, calm manner, and his thorough knowledge about the vehicle we ended up purchasing! We also appreciated Tom in the finance dept., who was very kind, and no nonsense about our financing! This dealership has great service incentives, and a great inventory selection which made it easy to get the exact vehicle we needed! We look forward to the convenience of utilizing our service plan at Bertera to maintain our vehicle! This dealership just has a bunch of good people all across the board! We are extremely pleased with our new Forester, and this purchase experience! More

This was not the stereotypical car dealer experience for us. We were not near them geographically- they are in Mass. and we are in NY, but they got the car to us. Highly recommend. More
No hassle, no gimmicks, great price I was searching specifically for a base model 2018 Subaru Forester and didn’t have time to visit and negotiate with individual dealerships in my immed I was searching specifically for a base model 2018 Subaru Forester and didn’t have time to visit and negotiate with individual dealerships in my immediate area. I went to several car-buying sites and requested about 10 bottom-line price quotes. I received two, along w/a slew of unwanted calls. One of the two quotes I received was for the wrong car. Bertera came through with an excellent price and trade-in offer (without looking at my car). My sales rep, Keith Goldsmith, was truly a pleasure to deal with. We were able to handle questions and negotiations via e-mail and texting, and the process was totally straightforward and painless (for me, anyway). Keith was knowledgeable and prompt about getting back to me when I had questions and concerns. I live almost two hours away, but I only had to visit the dealership once (to sign paperwork and arrange financing). The financing process was hassle-free; I was presented with excellent options and had no problems setting up what I wanted. My new car was delivered to my doorstep a few days later. In retrospect, the whole transaction took far less time than it would have been with one of my local Subaru dealers, and I ended up with an excellent overall deal. I recommend the dealership and online process highly; if you don’t live in the immediate area, it’s well worth a one-time trip to get a great car at a great price. More

Could have been a mistake or unintentional, but it was the worst car buying experience I ever had. The general manager Shawn was also very disrespectful and patronizing. Would never return for any reason. More
