I recently purchased a Subaru Outback at Bertera. I live in New York State, but was looking for a very specific combination of features which they happened to have in stock. He gave me a fair price, answered all of my questions via phone and email (even on his day off) and was always straight forward, affable, honest and never aggressive or pressuring. Nuno and his team even took care of registering the car for me in New York and then delivered it to my home, 100+ miles from the dealership. A word of caution: carefully read all of the financing papers and ask for a line by line explanation of the charges and credits if they're not explained in that way. Our papers had to be drawn up three times due to errors totaling nearly $4000 in additional costs we'd have to pay. These were corrected as soon as they were noticed. All in all, it was a great experience buying a new car at Bertera Subaru. More
I hate shopping for a new car - so many variables and so difficult to get consistent and reliable information. They were absolutely true to the price, gave me exactly what Kelly Blue Book said my trade-in was worth, and were incredibly efficient, pleasant, fun to meet and as helpful as they could be. My first contact with them was on a Monday and I picked up my car on Saturday. I'm extremely pleased with the car and still amazed that everything went without a single hitch. This is probably the 10th new car I have purchased and the most painless shopping experience yet. Great job Bertera team! More

Nuno Marques, the sales consultant, was extremely helpful - We want you to know that he represents your company well. In our opinion, good sales people are the face of a retail business. His welcoming, friendly approach to working with customers created a positive feeling in us about not only him but also about this dealership. We knew that purchasing our car from this dealership would mean that we would have a long standing service relationship with them, therefore, we needed to feel that this dealership would be one with whom we could work. Nuno's excellent customer service sealed the deal! In addition, Tom, the business manager, was helpful in explaining the various finance options and protection plans available . He used language that could be understood by customers, such as myself, who don't know a lot about cars. We feel confident that we have improved the life of our car by purchasing Glass Coat as well as 2 protection plans. If all of your employees are as excellent as the two we've cited, it's no wonder that in these recessionary times, Bertera Subaru, is doing well. More
I just bought a new Subaru Outback and was very pleased with the entire process. I first went into Berterra in March and I gave Bill my contact information. He worked with me on price and gave me a fair trade in for my car. The business manager Tom was also very nice and answered every question. I am very pleased with the car and with the service that I received at Berterra. I highly recommend them. More

Not only did they work with us on on the value of our trades to make the new cars hit our target price range, but they went out of their way to find us the color and options we really wanted. no settling at all. Darrin made sure the cars were prepared beyond our expectations, making an extra effort to help me surprise my wife by tinting her windows before pick-up. thank you Darrin, thank you Bertera. we're looking forward to our continued relationship. Rob Camarata, Curtis Miller, and Thomas Quesnel made everything go smoothly from start to finish with no pressure. They all were very committed to helping us out to get the best deal and make it all work. The Dealership has a very positive environment and it shows in all the staff at Bertera. I plan to buy my next Subaru from this dealership, and will highly recommend the dealership, and the staff that helped us get our new 2011 Subaru Forester. I have bought a number of cars through the years, and this has been by far the best experience we have had!! More
