Over all, it was a great experience. John and Tom (finance) were very willing to listen and accommodate to my questions and requests. John is very responsive to e-mails and phone calls, and was very helpful making sure my insurance company set everything correctly before handing the car off to me. It was a very nice treat to have the car dropped off to my work, since I live and work about 50 miles from the dealership. Tom also, had looked into all our requests and was willing to support a change in the financial plan even after the paper work was signed. I didn't feel trapped or forced into a deal I wasn't happy with. Thank you, Dorota More
Purchased 2005 Outback which turned out had bad struts. Returned it 3 times for rattles and they never repaired it. I had to take it an outside repair facility to tell me the struts were bad. I spent 15K on a used car and I guess expected too much. If you do buy a used car from here have it inspected from an outside source. More

Went into the dealership expecting to spend no more than 20K including warranties. After realizing that most Subarus of any quality are more than 15K to start, my price cap increased.
