I went to Bertera Subaru for a car a Hyundia Elantra, that I had found online. It was the first car that I have ever bought for myself, and It was a very good experience. John had approached me and my fa that I had found online. It was the first car that I have ever bought for myself, and It was a very good experience. John had approached me and my father, and was extremely helpful. He was very friendly, gave me his full attention, and answered every question that I had. When it came down to buying the car he was very negotiable. I had gotton the car in my price range. They also took care of my plates, inspection, and everything else that needed to be done. When it came to picking up the car, it was Johns day off and he came in. He made sure everything was met to my standards. A day after He gave me a phone call to make sure everything was okay, a week after, six months after and even a year after. I had one issue with my car alarm, I called John and he got in that week. I could tell he took his job very seriously, and he cared about his customers. For my next car I will go to him in a heart beat. I will recommend him to anyone. More
I entered Bertera specifically looking to test drive a used Subaru. Andrea greeted me at the door, listened well and then proceeded to show and allow me to test drive a number of Subarus. I did not intend to purchase a vehicle that specific day as I had been test driving cars for two weeks prior to this visit, however Andrea's professionalism gave me a sense that she was listening and working just for me. Much to my surprise, between my experience, the price on the vehicle and the deal that was made for my car I walked out of the dealership the proud owner of a Subaru Outback wagon. I would absolutely recommend Bertera Subaru to others! More
I originally contacted Bertera in regards to finding out my options as I was at the end of my lease on my current Subaru. The salesperson Tyler was very informative and we set an appointment for me to drive my options as I was at the end of my lease on my current Subaru. Upon arrival I met Dan the sales manager and he took me through the process. One day later I drove my new Impreza sport home. I went out to look at a used SUV. The salesman was very nice and knowledgable. He gave me a lot of options as far as down payment and length of loan. He was very nice and had the car was ready when it was time to pick it up. At the time of picking it up there was a tire pressure monitor light on. The salesman assured me that if it did not go off after a week or two to give him a call and the dealership would pay to have it fixed at the nearest Chevy dealership to my house. After a couple weeks of driving the vehicle the light reained on. After 2 weeks of texting and emailing the salesman with no reply I emailed Bertera Subarus manager. Right after emailing the manager i recieved a text from the salesman assuring me it would be taken care of. Well after another week of waiting I emailed the manager AGAIN informing him that the saleman did contact me to assure me the issue would get taken care of, but I never heard from him again. After contacting the manager for a second time I was told to take it to the nearest Chevy dealership and contact Bertera with an estimate on the repair, for reset of the light. So bringing it down to my local Chevy dealer the tire pressure was reset and the light shut off. After the Chevy dealership contacted Bertera to take care of the bill THEY REFUSED TO PAY. So I went home and called Berteras Manager and left him a nice reminder that it was promised to me that the issue would be taken care of and its such a small issue that its sad its been drawn out this long. After all was said and done Bertera agreed to pay for the repair BY CHECK, "its in the mail" they said. After going through this ordeal Im VERY, VERY glad I did not get the "free tires for life" deal or a warranty because i cant image how much of a hassel those would have been if It took 4 weeks, half a dozen texts, half a dozen emails, and one angry phone call to get a Tire pressure light reset. UNBELIEVABLE!! NOT IMPRESSED More

I wanted to take the time to express how pleased my husband and I were with the service provided to us at Bertera Subaru. The customer service that we recieved was great. Max took into consideration husband and I were with the service provided to us at Bertera Subaru. The customer service that we recieved was great. Max took into consideration our needs as well as our budget. He listened to what we were looking for in a car and was able to provide us our option. He was very friendly and we appriciated that the fact that he was not pushy and didn't try to show us cars out of our range as a previous dealer had done. He went out of his way to search other dealers that they dealt with to find the vehicle we purchased. That showed dedication because he was willing to go above and beyond to get us a car that met our budget and we are so happy with it. Dan also helped us process our paperwork he was friendly and professional and explained so much to us. Offered us all warrenty and special offers and explained the importancy of why the warrenty and offers were in place. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and we are more than willing to refer our family and friends to Max. After having such horriable service at other dealerships it was refreshing to go in and leave with what we wanted at a affordable price. The welcoming and friendly atmosphere overall will more than likely keep your business. More
This was the end of our first lease and the start of the second. We have owned 5 subaru's in the past and this was such a better experience than the last vist.
