Pricing was more than fair and actually under KBB prices. I would encourage people to visit Bertera if they were looking for a new or used vehicle. I will say that they lack in post purchase process of tying up loose ends. A bit of a headache managing them after they have your money. It would be nice to have the same attention that you receive pre purchase, post purchase. I have yet to find a dealer with that level of attention...Oh well...That is the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. More

A price was negotiated, but it took them a long time to actually put a quote in writing. After they asked me for an additional deposit on the car, I requested a written quote prior to committing more money. When it finally came, they added $450 to the price which was never mentioned! If I had known that in advance, I would have never driven many hours because with that additional $450, the car was no longer a good deal. It then took many attempts to get the deposit back. The whole experience left a very bad taste on my mouth and I would only recommend for my worst enemies to go there! More

Instead takes the approach the you need to prove to them the existence of a issue. They also have not yet solved anything or done anything without repeat visits. Ulmost like they would rather discourage customers from using the service department. My time is valuable to me but not to them. More
Karolina & Evan Keith helped my girlfriend's mom buy her Subaru, and she then recommended that we go through Keith to trade in my Chevy Cruze for a Subaru Impreza. Keith really went above and beyond what is expected of a salesman (Josh was a great help as well!)! He quickly responded to the dozens of emails that we sent to him, put a lot of effort into making this deal a reality, and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. Keith made the entire process very pleasant, and did not push us into something we did not want. After all the paperwork was taken care of, they had a driver deliver the new car to my work and he took my trade-in back with him, making the entire process that much easier. Dominic from the finance department deserves a lot of credit as well, for looking out for us with respect to warranties and insurance, and for getting a loan that made this purchase possible. We strongly recommend going through Bertera Subaru to buy a car! And we can't thank everyone enough for all of their help! More
Tires for Life Program is a SCAM!!! SCAM ALERT! Bertera Subaru denied me getting free tires because there was a time gap in having the tires rotated even though everytime I went there fo SCAM ALERT! Bertera Subaru denied me getting free tires because there was a time gap in having the tires rotated even though everytime I went there for an oil change (which is a crazy $57 and takes at least an hour!) they never suggested I rotate them! They finally suggest I rotate them and say I need new tires.. great, I've been loyal to your tires for life program. "Sorry you have been denied because you didn't rotate them soon enough." SERIOUSLY?! Bertera's tire for life program is a scam, save yourself the trouble and extra money, go to a local mechanic for your regular maintenance and other repairs! More

Gene made our car buying experience pleasant without pushing us into something we didn't want. He is very professional, personable and considerate. Tom, the finance manager deserves credit for getting us a loan at the best possible rate and fit our budget and make our purchase possible .I would strongly recommend buying a car from Bertera Subaru. As a young couple buying a new car for the first time, we were ver We first met Keith when we came to Bertera Subaru to trade in my husband’s old car. As a young couple buying a new car for the first time, we were very appreciative of Keith’s knowledge of Subarus and his patience with us while we compared the Crosstrek and Impreza. He put a lot of effort into finding my husband a new Impreza with the color/package combo he wanted, and kept us in the loop the entire time. Not many people would pick up their phone while out of the office, but Keith always did – and with the same great attitude he had every time we talked to him! After having such a positive experience buying my husband’s car, we actually came back a month later to upgrade my used Impreza through the Subaru Buyback Program. To be honest, I wouldn’t have even considered trading up if Keith wasn’t so easy to work with. He recognized and respected the fact that trading up was not truly necessary in my situation, so I felt no pressure to buy. Ultimately, the deal was too good to pass up! My wallet already appreciates the increase in fuel efficiency with the 2016 CVT, especially with a commute of 100+ miles per day! Long story short, Keith was very accommodating, courteous, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He took care of us from start to finish during both purchases, and continues to take care of us with accessory orders and random car-related questions. Thanks, Keith! More
Excellent experience with Bertera Subaru of West Springfield I live in NJ and couldn't find a 2016 Subaru Outback 3.6R with the package that I wanted anywhere in NJ, PA or NY. I located one at Bertera Subaru in West Springfield, MA. I called up and spoke with Andrew. We discussed the price and trade-in information. I drove up a couple of days later and met with Dan Leary and he showed me around the local roads, while I took it for a test drive. The price that was discussed over the phone for both the new car and trade-in was honored. Dan is a straight-shooter and doesn't play any games. I then met with Tom Quesnel, who then led me through the financing. I got the promotional interest rate that Subaru was offering and an absolutely fantastic deal on the Subaru 5 year/100K Gold Plus warranty ($1156) and 3 year/36K service plan ($861). No pressure at all. After signing all of the paperwork with Tom, Andrew gave me a thorough overview on how the Eyesight, Navigation and audio systems worked. A few days later, they sent a driver down to my local DMV in NJ with the car. He helped me register it and he then drove my trade-in back up to Bertera. I had my doubts about driving 200 miles up to a dealer in Massachusetts that I'd never heard of before. It felt like a huge gamble, but I was left very impressed by the whole experience. This was probably one of the most straightforward car buying experiences that I've ever had. No pressure, no surprises and very honest and caring people. I urge you to go and see Andrew, Dan and Tom for you next car. More
Great car and good sales experience. We purchased our 2016 Outback in October 2015. Starting back in July of last year we visited two other dealers. Choosing Bertera Subaru was made easy We purchased our 2016 Outback in October 2015. Starting back in July of last year we visited two other dealers. Choosing Bertera Subaru was made easy after dealing with Dan Leary. He was friendly, knew the product and gave us the best price. We were told the car probably would arrive late September or early October. Dan gave us updates every two weeks and the car was delivered in October as promised. The other dealers turned us off. One insisted we order the car immediately as he had the best price after telling him we were going to visit two more dealers. The second one added a $40 charge for gas and a $40 charge for a license plate bracket and a low bid on our trade in. But, beyond all this we chose the Outback for the safety features, comfort and ride. My favorite safety feature is the RCTA ( Rear Cross Traffic Alert ) when your backing up it alerts you of an approaching vehicle in your blind spot. This came into play the day we picked up the car backing out and several times since. Just one of many safety features that are great. To sum this up we would recommend the dealer, salesman Dan Leary and the Subaru Outback. More
