Finally!!!! Keith made car buying easy! We were not looking forward to purchasing a new car at a dealership, having gone through this process before. When we read some reviews about Keith Go We were not looking forward to purchasing a new car at a dealership, having gone through this process before. When we read some reviews about Keith Goldsmith at Bertera Subaru, we decided to contact him and we are SO glad we did! After introducing ourselves to him, we explained what vehicle we were interested in, (2017 Forester), and requested a test drive. While we drove, Keith answered our questions about the car and pointed out all the newer features that our current Forester did not have. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable, being that it had been several years since our last purchase, and we were brought into the 21st century very quickly with Keith!! He had a great sense of humor and made the negotiating process painless. When we needed to contact him after leaving the dealership, he always responded quickly. His attention to every detail, ( he even cleaned our old license plates before putting them on our new car!), was impeccable and he made sure everything was perfect with the car before we drove it off the lot. We also want to thank Shawn, ( the General Manager), for working with Keith and us to reach a satisfactory deal quickly! Thanks too, to Tom, the Business Manager, for getting us through the paperwork and financing with ease. We LOVE our new Subaru and because of Keith Goldsmith, we will be happy to recommend him and Bertera Subaru to anyone and EVERYONE!!! More

New Forester! I recently said goodbye to my 16 year old Subaru Forester and I was so sad! So, I went to Bertera, met Jeremy Schmieding in Sales, and he really helpe I recently said goodbye to my 16 year old Subaru Forester and I was so sad! So, I went to Bertera, met Jeremy Schmieding in Sales, and he really helped me in my decision to buy a 2017 Forester. It is a big difference between the new and the 2002 model, and I was a bit apprehensive about the size (much bigger than I thought) and the "new" dashboard controls. It drives like riding on glass! Beautiful color, very comfortable. I think I drove Jeremy a bit nuts with all my questions, but he was SO patient and understanding and showed me everything I needed to know. He's always around to answer any questions I have, no matter how silly. I love Bertera Subaru and will always buy the Forester. I also like how environmentally conscious Subaru is. (Love their commercials). I'd recommend this car for everyone! And have Jeremy take care of you- he's great! I've even named my Forester after him- "Jasmine (for the color) Jeremy"! It kept my babies safe for years of torrential rain storms, epic blizzards and trips to the beach. Earlier this month I purchased a pre owned Crosstrek from Keith Goldsmith and he did not disappoint. There was no pressure or pestering. Keith also has a dry sense of humor which I found very rerefreshing. Negotiating a fair price was quick and easy. He was very prompt in answering my questions and made good on everything I asked for including four, next to new, tires and a beautiful set of floor mats. I will absolutely visit Bertera before my next vehicle purchase. More
