We are sorry that you feel the way you have described. We do provide the Tires for Life Program to all of our customer included with every purchase, however, we have no control over the program. There are specific guidelines that must be followed as it is a policy we purchase for you but do not administer. One of our requirements is to report and monitor the tire wear for the company to protect against fraud which is why the intervals are so important.
