I bought my 2009 GrandCaravan at this dealership back in 2010. I have been faithful in bringing the van in for service because I liked the idea of free tires for life. Throughout this process I realized tha 2010. I have been faithful in bringing the van in for service because I liked the idea of free tires for life. Throughout this process I realized that this was just a gimmick a way to bully people into bringing their vehicles in to be serviced only by them. My tires are worn down and now I am forced to buy tires on my own. The reason that I was denied the new tires was because sopposedly I missed two tire rotations, later I was told that qualify because I missed two interval oil changes, when in actuality I missed one. I found my records which showed that I had only missed one. Due to that one time miss my claim was denied. I am not very happy because as I stated earlier I thought I was a loyal customer, even though everytime I went in for service I felt like I was being nickeled dimmed with oh you car needs this service and that service. I also would like to add that I get emails with incentives to bring my vehicle in for services with discounts. When I brought those discounts in, I was told that because my vehicle was not a GMC vehicle it could not be honored. This has been a horrible experience for me and I would not recommend Bertera services or this dealership in PARTICULAR to any of my friends, co-workers or family. I plan to go the BBB to file a complaint against your gimmicks. More
I have nothing bad to say about paul or brian.The rest of the dealership i would never recommend.I bought a lucerne the first week of november.the navagation radio didn't work,it took 3 months to settle the the dealership i would never recommend.I bought a lucerne the first week of november.the navagation radio didn't work,it took 3 months to settle the issue.The only way it got resolved,is i had to call the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU,and then BERTERA finally replaced the whole system 2/10/2011,which you could have done 3 months ago.WHEN THE SYSTEM WAS REPLACED I ASKED BRIAN HALL TO SHOW US HOW TO WORK THE WHOLE SYSTEM.WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS HE SHOWED US HOW EVERYTHING WORKED.BRIAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE WITH US,HE SET UP OUR FREE SIRIUS RADIO,AND OUR FREE ON STAR,FOR 3 MONTHS.IF IT WASN'T FOR BRIAN HELPING US,WE WOULD NEVER FIGURE THE SYSTEM OUT,WE ARE SENIOR CITIZENS WE WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST,THANKS AGAIN TO BRIAN HALL.AGAIN I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BERTERA CHEV,TO ANYONE. Brought my car in for check engine light - the price for service was $400 above what was quoted. And now, THREE DAYS LATER, the light is back on for what I suspect is the same reason. Nate informed me of all of my options concerning my repair and decided that for safety issues my vehicle should be serviced on the day I visited the service department. He offered a ride home while my repair and decided that for safety issues my vehicle should be serviced on the day I visited the service department. He offered a ride home while my vehicle was being serviced and called as promised during the day to keep me informed of the status of the repairs. He also called to notify me that the repairs were completed and offered that the dealer would pick me up in the morning if I was unable to make it to the dealership before closing. Nate keeps me informed on services covered by my warranty and explains repairs that have been done. Courteous and efficient. More
