Caution 1 and one day wks for registration transfer better off buying in your own state if your looking to leave with it on the same day or within a week. Update: 9-14-2020 still no contact from management or sales associates sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls just to the front desk people to direct me to their voicemails. looking to get a refund so I can go to Carter Chevrolet in Connecticut where they will do same-day registration. I have started recording all of my voicemails and conversations with their employees to document this. all I am doing is looking to get a refund from Jodi or Dan. Update: 9-14-2020 after putting $15,000 down on labor day I am still without a truck. Sent Dan multiple emails trying to get him to reach out to me to see what's going on with no luck. at this point I wish I could just get a refund on my down payment and look to some other dealership to have this sale. I hate to review negatively on such a big company but my hands are tied as I am just a consumer. is there anyone in management that is willing to help me I'm just putting this behind us. 9-7-2020 My Chevy Silverado 1500 is amazing My experience at Bertera Chevrolet was super subpar on labor day. Sales associate was juggling three other sales at the same time as me. Took 4 hrs with no negotiations. There is no customer experience whatsoever. Dan did the best job that he possibly could for what he was given. But you got to blame the top for the atmosphere. Chevrolet you have my blessing, Bertera Chevrolet not so much. By the way Dan was great. I feel like when you're buying such a expensive item that they should break down everything to you. I would barely know the technology in this truck if it wasn't for YouTube instead of the sales associate. Customer service is out the window at this place. But like I said it's not Dan's fault. It just doesn't feel like an experience that I would ever want to go through again. Places used to care about this kind of thing but I feel like it's just about the dollar bill now. I believe this place does better on a day not as busy as labor day but I feel like that is no excuse. More

My grandmother purchased her car here in March of 2019. She was transferring her plates from her previous vehicle and Bertera knew this. When she went to pick up her vehicle they had different plates on th She was transferring her plates from her previous vehicle and Bertera knew this. When she went to pick up her vehicle they had different plates on the car. She informed them that they were incorrect and Joe Fearn couldn’t find her plates and needed to locate them. Once they were located they called her and told her to come in so they could put them on and they could also mail them to her. They were mailed and they asked her to return the plates they put on to the DMV(Enfield, CT). She returned the plates to the DMV once she got her plates put back on her vehicle. Everything seemed to go smooth..until she got her car tax this year and she found out that her vehicle was STILL registered to the plates the dealer put on. She called Bertera and they told her too bad, not their problem (she spoke with the GM & he informed her Joe Fearn was no longer employed there). She’s in her 70’s and we are in the middle of a pandemic and they want her to go back to the DMV to fix what they should have done right in the first place. She’s beside herself with this mistake and when she found out and called the DMV they told her she was driving illegally for a year and she better hope she doesn’t get pulled over because she could be arrested. This is a dealership that I wouldn’t ever trust and I’d recommend you shouldn’t either unless you like a bunch of screw ups taking care of You. More
