I apoligize that you were unable to purchase this vehicle when you wanted to. I do train my staff to be up front and refuse a deposit and alert a customer if the vehicle you are inquiring about is not availible so that there is proper communication. It seems that we did that here, but in this situation it was sold before you could get your deposit on it.
