I got an email quote from a woman named Holly Blade. The manager was extremely rude and out for my money. He wanted nothing more then to see me leave with a vehicle at the price he was giving and that's it. If I walked, I walked. I was extremely frustrated wanted nothing more then to see me leave with a vehicle at the price he was giving and that's it. If I walked, I walked. I was extremely frustrated with the lack of car knowledge trying to shut down every vehicle sold buy any other company and would lie about the knowledge of the car telling me what I wanted to hear just so it made it sound better. My sales associate, all he cared about was me getting this car and giving him the best rating on this dealer.com. He would never return my calls even if I called twice and it was important he would lie and say he never got the call, which I know was not true. The two of them made my experience so unpleasant I wouldn't wish this experience upon anyone, no mater how much I dislike them. More

My wife and I were quite impressed with the way that we were treated by Jason and the rest of the staff we met. Jason was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and we didn't feel pressured were treated by Jason and the rest of the staff we met. It was a great experieence to by a new car with this dealer. The two sales people were respectful and made use comfortable in buying the new car. Bertera Cheverolet had a used Hummer that I really liked the looks of. After driving 5 Hours one way to buy the Hummer, The Hummer wouldn't pass for a State of Maine inspection sticker. I ended up spending the looks of. After driving 5 Hours one way to buy the Hummer, The Hummer wouldn't pass for a State of Maine inspection sticker. I ended up spending roughly $700 to get the Hummer to pass for an inspection. It became a hassle dealing with Bertera Cheverolet. Bad Experience over all. Here is an e-mail I received from the general manager. dominick salemi to djette, me show details Feb 23 Robert, I understand your position and empathize with your situation. I know from your email you can understand mine. To clarify a couple of things, you came here to save money. Whether it was in more equipment, less miles, better condition, better history...I am not sure why. The bottom line here is that we do put out a better equipped, cleaner, and better value product than most whcih is why we do the volume we do. So you came here for all or some of those things, and your commitment in driving the distance shows how much different your H3 was in value to the compitition around you. As for your discription of trim pieces you found missing and the windshield you only discovered after driving half way home, this was a pre-owned vehicle purchase. You and I both purchase our vehicles pre-owned because it is a better value, but they are never going to be new. A pre owned car is always going to have its own "character". Without those minor flaws, it would be 2-3 times the cost to us. I am trying to determine the level of participation, if any, that I am willing to have in this matter. I hope that you understand the commitment level this dealership has with its customers for me to entertain this at all without the vehicle here to inspect. In order for me to xxxxx this further, I need a clarification on the "cardigan joint". My service department is having difficulty with that term to describe the repair they are stating it needs and estimate what my cost to repair it would be.
