I have nothing bad to say about paul or brian.The rest of the dealership i would never recommend.I bought a lucerne the first week of november.the navagation radio didn't work,it took 3 months to settle the the dealership i would never recommend.I bought a lucerne the first week of november.the navagation radio didn't work,it took 3 months to settle the issue.The only way it got resolved,is i had to call the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU,and then BERTERA finally replaced the whole system 2/10/2011,which you could have done 3 months ago.WHEN THE SYSTEM WAS REPLACED I ASKED BRIAN HALL TO SHOW US HOW TO WORK THE WHOLE SYSTEM.WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS HE SHOWED US HOW EVERYTHING WORKED.BRIAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE WITH US,HE SET UP OUR FREE SIRIUS RADIO,AND OUR FREE ON STAR,FOR 3 MONTHS.IF IT WASN'T FOR BRIAN HELPING US,WE WOULD NEVER FIGURE THE SYSTEM OUT,WE ARE SENIOR CITIZENS WE WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST,THANKS AGAIN TO BRIAN HALL.AGAIN I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BERTERA CHEV,TO ANYONE. The staff was very friendly. It was a very snowy day when I went and I didn"t relized how far away it was from me but they had a great mission statement and the truck I was looking for at a great price so it I went and I didn"t relized how far away it was from me but they had a great mission statement and the truck I was looking for at a great price so it was worth the trip. Trevor was very friendly and easy to talk to about what i was looking for and what he sold to me which was a 2006 Ford Taurus that i have only driven for a day but i already know that i love it The car looks was looking for and what he sold to me which was a 2006 Ford Taurus that i have only driven for a day but i already know that i love it The car looks brand new and only has almost 49000 miles and it drives very smooth. The other thing i liked about Trevor was that he worked hard to try and get me approved for a loan and although it took a some time to get it done because i had no credit in my name it all worked out in the end. I would definitely recommend this place to family members and friends and hope to deal with Trevor in years to come. More

Purchased a used 2007 Chevy Colorado 4wd lt3 Crew Cab. Dealth With Trevor. Upon pickup of vehicle, noticed that it needed a blower fan resistor. Had replaced on the spot. Took vehicle home. I mov Dealth With Trevor. Upon pickup of vehicle, noticed that it needed a blower fan resistor. Had replaced on the spot. Took vehicle home. I moved to florida, on the drive down I noticed that the same problem happened. Called trevor immediately to get this under Bertera warranty and sure enough they were willing to fix it, even out of state. Contacted a chevy dealership down here, Bertera cut the check to have the work performed. I love my truck, would purchase from bertera, specifically trevor again. More

We we're treated well and made to feel at home from the start.This is the first time I've felt good about being in a dealers showroom.I like the person my wife and I dealt with.AJ I would have marked "g start.This is the first time I've felt good about being in a dealers showroom.I like the person my wife and I dealt with.AJ I would have marked "great" on all questions if the brake lights we're working when we came to pick up the car,it had just been inspected. But even so it was taken care of asap and AJ did a great job helping us.The Hyundai dealer fixed it next day under warranty.Brake light switch. Trevor was also very helpful when AJ wasn't available.
