Matt was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I purchased after seeing online. Matt made the whole experience very comfortable for me so that I could get into the vehicle I wanted. It was a great price and the vehicle was in great condition. It looked great on delivery. I love my new(used) car and overall really had a great experience purchasing my car. At first I was not sure about going that far to buy a car, but it was definitely worth it in the end. Thank you Matt. I am very happy with my Chevy Cobalt! More
I was very happy with the saleman, Steve Fitzgerald. I went into Bertera knowing what I wanted and he found me the right car to fit my needs. I wasn't so happy when the sales manager stepped in and threw went into Bertera knowing what I wanted and he found me the right car to fit my needs. I wasn't so happy when the sales manager stepped in and threw his two cents in. He seemed more interested in closing a sale than listening to my needs and because of that he almost lost the sale! I bought the next day because of Steve and because he found me the right car! More

THey lie about loaners they can give us and wont give in till we push and complain. They constantly lie and go back on their word there. On our 3rd visit for repairs (3 weeks after purchase) we've told them to check the rest of the car so we wouldnt have to get back. 5 days later we started to hear a similiar ticking in the engine and just brought it back. Our car didnt even come with an antenna we had to ask for one. Overall Bertera is the worse dealership filled with the worse staff ive ever dreamed. List of things that went wrong with a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer with less than 47k miles 1)Bad Belts 2)Water Pump 3)Alternator 4)Power Sterring More

Drove an hour and a half to look at a specific car. Got there and met the internet manager who directed us to a sale rep named James. Filled out financing stuff and told him the car I was interested in. Wh there and met the internet manager who directed us to a sale rep named James. Filled out financing stuff and told him the car I was interested in. While waiting for a response on financing, he went and brought up a brand new car (which has obvious outward damage as well as mechanical damage) for a test drive. Returned from the test drive and asked for the car I specifically came to see (which I knew was on the lot and still for sale obviously because I looked at it before entering the sales office). Waited and he went outside, came back looking for someone, then left and drove up in not the car I wanted but the same model (the most expensive one they had on their lot). I already KNEW I wanted that model just wanted to test drive the car I saw online. I left because they obviously care more about selling the most expensive car and not what the customer wants. Only go here if you have no idea what you want. Too bad they lost out on a sale since if the test drive proved the car was in good condition, I was ready to buy. More

Submitted an online application for a specific vehicle. Was told by Bob Canning that I received a conditional approval. I was to bring in 2 pay stubs and a utility bill and needed to sign off on the vehic Was told by Bob Canning that I received a conditional approval. I was to bring in 2 pay stubs and a utility bill and needed to sign off on the vehicle I wanted. Because my credit is not good I understood that I was not guaranteed anything. I was very specific in which vehicle I wanted and what I was willing to pay a month. I drove 2 hours with my paperwork and a down payment. Upon arrival I was told once again that the approval was conditional and the bank wanted me to sign off on the vehicle. I was then turned over to a salesperson, AJ I believe, who's professional appearance was sloppy and he was not very personable. He would not even look me in the eye when he spoke. He asked me how much I was was willing to pay a month for the vehicle. Again, I was very specific about how much and for that vehicle only. He told me that the bank required me to purchase a warranty. This was a big red flag, As a former salesperson I know that car dealers are required to offer me things such as warranty, GAP, Credit Life and Disability and any other services they offer. I also know that most banks will not finance more than 100% of KBB and can not require a purchase of any services I do not want. I asked the salesperson what type of warranty, he said 2 year mechanical and safety, and how much, he had no answer. He went off to talk to, I assume the finance person, and came back sat down and said the vehicle of my choice was sold that morning, which I seriously question. The dealership opened at 12 I was there at 2 and the vehicle was sitting in the lot without a sold tag or any other indication that it had been moved recently. He said, "however" and I cut him off told him I was leaving because I was lied to. I was told I was to sign off on that vehicle not maybe another. I grabbed my family and walked out. I was furious. There was no reason for him to lie to me. If he had been even somewhat honest I would have probably looked at something else. Again, I had no grand illusions about this purchase. Not once did anyone ask me why my credit was bad or anything about myself or my situation. In this economy smart people have credit problems we are not all dead beats. More
Buying a car is never easy. It's like "War of The Worlds". Not so at Bertera, everyone that I met and dealt with were polite, knowledgable, helpful and addressed my concerns and details.
