I went to Bertera chev. because i was looking to trade in my truck if i found the right vehicle. I had seen this jeep on the lot every day as i drove to work, so i stopped and asked AJ if i could look at the my truck if i found the right vehicle. The people at Bertera worked hard to make me a happy camper, and they succeeded. They had the car they advertised at the price they advertised, and they were able to finance me in spite of a bankruptcy camper, and they succeeded. I hadn't realized there was a $100 deductable on their warranty, and when my check engine light came on before the end of the 30 day warranty, I wasn't happy to discover that I would have to pay a deductable. But when the manager read my review here on dealer rater and saw that I wasn't happy, he contacted me and arranged for the repairs to be made without a deductable. Everyone at Bertera was friendly and did everything they could to make me a satisfied customer. More
