I recently purchased a 2021 Chevy Equinox and returned it after six days of having it.I had put down on the vehicle $13,000.00 down payment for it.Decided to purchase a 2023 Chevy Trailblazer and it cost me after six days of having it.I had put down on the vehicle $13,000.00 down payment for it.Decided to purchase a 2023 Chevy Trailblazer and it cost me another $2,600.00 down payment.The $13,000.00 that was put as a down payment for the Chevy Equinox was never mentioned for the purchase of the Chevy Trailblazer.Zachary Urekew was the sales agent and never mentioned anything about it.I really feel that I was robbed of the of the $13,000.00.It’s very sad that you can get away with robbery.This is the way you treat a returning customer.In my opinion you’re on the worst as a car dealership.
