i had a great experience!nick was extremely nice and very helpful. due to credit issues i was not able to buy what i originally went in looking for however nick listened to what i wanted in a car and came up helpful. due to credit issues i was not able to buy what i originally went in looking for however nick listened to what i wanted in a car and came up with a few options...i ended up with what i think is a nicer car then i would of to begin with. everything was very easy i have never had such a pleasant experience buying a vehicle.i have already recommended bertera, and nick to two people. i'll be back when im ready to buy again! Overall the experience at Bertera Chevy wasnt bad, the gentleman AJ Motta was a very energetic and knowledgable salesman. AJ took the time to talk to us and made sure to keep us informed on the financing gentleman AJ Motta was a very energetic and knowledgable salesman. AJ took the time to talk to us and made sure to keep us informed on the financing process. Howwever the wait time just under a weeks time, was not good at all. The car was not cleaned properly, the window rubber wasnt fixed and there were two minor things had to be fixed on the visors and I was told its a used car and thats not under warranty, and the ugly banner of Bertera Chevy was removed, didnt approve of that at all. I also had to take it back for a inspections sticker a few days later. I went to the dealership a total of five times and in my opinion thats to many times, especially seeing its not close to my hometown. So if you do buy from Bertera Chevy I would work with AJ Motta as he will keep you informed, and make the buying process enjoyable as best he can. One last thing it was great how he entertained my son and let him have access to the tv :) More

Back in 2005, we purchased my Dodge Intrepid from Bertera in Palmer. About a year ago we started going to the service department with the Intrepid and a small Chevy pickup, and were very impressed with the in Palmer. About a year ago we started going to the service department with the Intrepid and a small Chevy pickup, and were very impressed with the quality of the work. Early in October we were in an accident and my dodge was totaled. no one was hurt except I had lost my favorite mode of transportation. We looked online for a truck as our needs had changed from chauffering children around back in 05, to hauling motorcycles and wood. We found a couple of trucks at the Palmer location so we made arrangements to take them out for a test drive. The salesperson was great. I have never met a friendlier person. He helped expidite the financing. He explained the Tires for Life protram. He went over all of the repairs that needed to be done on the truck. Matt was 100% forthcoming with all information. It took a few days for the repairs to be complete but it was well worth it. I would absolutely recommend Bertera and Matt to my friends. More

My experience with Bertera was very good. I was looking for an Acura TL and my cousin told me lets take a ride out to Palmer. So we did and as soon as we got there there it was a Pearl White TL and I knew for an Acura TL and my cousin told me lets take a ride out to Palmer. So we did and as soon as we got there there it was a Pearl White TL and I knew right there that I needed that car and I told myself that I would have it. After a week or so the Acura was mine!!!! And I have a thing with car salesman as do a bunch of people because you feel like your being ripped off and all they want is to sale you a car and get commission but AJ was very helpful. It took a few days after the purchase for me to actually get the car but it was worth it.The only bad thing was that the price went up and I was put into another program but hopefully at the end of the day it was worth it. I keep up with my service and haven't had an issue yet. If I have any issues AJ is always helpful and guides me to the right situation. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. More

Went to test drive a car, loved it and took it home the same day! The whole staff at Bertera was very friendly and attentive. I actually had my 5-year old daughter with me for the entire time. She was same day! The whole staff at Bertera was very friendly and attentive. I actually had my 5-year old daughter with me for the entire time. She was a bit antsy, but Marc was great! He gave us free reign of the TV and the remote control, so she could watch her shows while we conducted business!! She also loved the mints that Marc gave her! I received the car in mint condition that afternoon and I love it! I will definitely have it serviced there as well. More

My ratings were not all 5's because there was a long period of wait time to gather paper work. The fact that the business was flowing with customers is undrstandable but, I think they could of been a li period of wait time to gather paper work. I just went in to get information on a car because i was tired of looking in the wrong places, AND I ACTUALLY LEFT THE DEALERSHIP WITH A VEHICLE!!(I guess thats what sales men do).. but hey it worked for me... :o).
