I had a very pleasant experience. Dee was very patient, Kayla was very nice and quick to response. Other staff were very nice and polite. My kids all love the car. And I'm in CT, and they handled the out-of-state sale very efficiently. I did drive the car home w/ a new CT plates. The only issue is their hours (9-5 weekday only Wed. 9-7). This dealerships customer service is horrible. They do not return calls, even after two attempts to contact them. I had to go to the dealer and pretty much got snubbed after spending fourth five thousand dollars. My vehicle has been in their shop for 15 days and no communication of what the MAJOR ISSUES are. The owner said my 1 star review was not warranted. LOL...it is 100% warranted due to the fact they do not want to call me about my vehicle.after spending this much money and having my brand new vehicle for ONLY 2 days I shouldn't have given suck a bad review. LOL. Absolutely the worst experience buying a vehicle I've ever had. More
