We moved to this area about two years ago. We had owned four Subarus in the past including a 2019 Forester Touring that we were very satisfied with. My first experience with Bert Smith Subaru was for a reset of my Starlink system due to a hiccup in downloading an update. Service Department experience was excellent. When I saw that Subaru had re-designed the Forester for 2025, I decided to upgrade to a new Touring model and met and worked with Tony Kritikos to design the exact auto that I wanted and ordered it. It came in a little sooner than they estimated and was just as I ordered. The orientation, pricing and closing transactions were handled promptly and efficiently. Over the last ten years, no one but Subaru dealers have tended to my Subaru vehicles and I intend to keep it that way in the future. Very satisfied. More

Dealership agreed to purchase my trade in for $3k and told me they would write me a letter indicating so on letterhead. That was about a month ago. Since that time the sales rep (Cameron) has ghosted me told me they would write me a letter indicating so on letterhead. That was about a month ago. Since that time the sales rep (Cameron) has ghosted me after numerous calls, texts and emails. I went in in person last week and spoke to management. They told me that they would get back to me when Cameron got back the following day. Nothing, they are avoiding me because they have changed their minds. The lack of professionalism is amazing. Be careful when you go there, they will not honor their agreement. I will not be back. Shame on them. More
