I went a few weekends ago to buy a new Atlas. I was greeted by a salesman who didn’t even tell me his name. I asked to drive an Atlas and he brought the keys and plates out. He told me where th I was greeted by a salesman who didn’t even tell me his name. I asked to drive an Atlas and he brought the keys and plates out. He told me where the start button was and left. I came back and wanted to purchase that one. He was no where to be found. I was left waiting for more than 30 minutes before he came back to check on me. When he came back I asked if he could have someone look at my trade in. He said it would be a while. I waited around an hour before he came back. They came back with an offer for my trade. I countered and when he came back with the sales manager they said they couldn’t do it. They didn’t offer again or try to work with me. I left and went to another dealership further away and left within two hours of arriving in my new 2023 Atlas. Broadway was very inattentive and didn’t seem to want to make a sale. I felt like I was looked at like maybe I couldn’t afford the vehicle and was just disregarded. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this dealership. More
