Terrible Service department !! utterly ridiculous (no) customer service. Brought my wife's VW Atlas in for some service engine lights that came on over the weekend - dropped it off on Sunday night on our way back into town - hoping that a tech could put it on the computer at some point and diagnose the lights issue. Would take about an hour. Got a call at 7am on Monday am, " we have a tech out sick today-we don't know when we can get to it". Not a word back all week... "crickets" ... nobody checked in to say "hey, we're busy/can't get to it, etc." We eventually got fed up on Friday with having no car all week and zero communication from Bergstrom VW Service department and picked up the car and will bring it to someone else in town !!! unbelievable poor communication and lack of service .....
I had just been there for the first time and I can tell you that was my absolute last time ever walking into the store. Walking in the greeting was absolutely awful when I address that I had purchased an order for car floor mats that equal $500 plus I had a puzzled look from the lady at the front desk. Then some gentleman comes up to the side. Gives me an odd look to completely clueless made me feel extremely uncomfortable. His presentation was absolutely horrible. The worst I’ve probably ever seen Then they want to tell me that they’re clothes and there’s nothing they can do which in the email, never stated a time for pick up I asked to speak to a manager. He basically was like you’re looking at it. I chuckled by how awful his hospitality was. I asked for a business card for general manager. He wrote his name down on a Post-it note, absolutely unprofessional
I bought my LEMON from Bergstrom Chevy! I bought my vehicle from Bergstrom at the end of April and Immediately had to take it in for service for misfires. Then I paid $1000 for service that did nothing and had the check engine light on the same day as picking it up! Now it has been back in for service for 2 months and I still cannot drive it. If you're looking for a lemon like me, Bergstrom Chevy is the place to shop! I'd give them 0 stars if possible!
Contacted my service advisor Shay via email approximately 2 weeks ago regarding a technical problem with my VW Golf. Still waiting to hear back.. Disappointing- no response and still having issues. Phone calls don't help either....on hold for 30+ minutes and gave up.
We would purchase from this dealer again. The only negative was the detailing department closed at 5, so we did not get a final detail. We had a great experience with our salesperson, Christina Kemp! She was completely fine with us trying our car seats in the car. She also helped us get the price that worked for us.
Look elsewhere unprofessional and dishonest. I could hear the manager making fun of my trade before he even went outside with the salesman to low ball me in what it was worth.
