Weeks went by, and I left messages as often I could to update Bob Bittner or Bill Sullivan as to the status of our insurance check. When I did call either one of these people, I got their voicemail, left messages, and no return call as I stated until we could go and give them the balance of the vehicle we picked out. I was not impressed at all. Poor business relations/practice. It just felt like they didn't care one iota. We will think twice before coming bacl to your place if business. Don't bother calling us. Will not answer our phones. Deal is done. More

I ultimately did, but because it was what I wanted not because the dealership experience was great. After buying the car I asked for it to be looked at because it has a slightly shake on the highway. They claim nothing is wrong. It’s still doing the same thing and Im not happy. Pretty sure the brakes are slightly warped and there’s a chopped tire causing the slight shake. They wrote my diagnosis off as nothing because I’m not a tech. If they care about their customers I hope they read this and help me through this. More
