I inquired online about a used car on a Saturday, drove it on Monday, and had it in my driveway by lunchtime on Tuesday. My salesperson, Christi, was very helpful and responsive, and Justin from the finance department was equally pleasant. I never felt pressure about any aspect of the sale or the financing. I got a great deal on a 2010 Chrysler 300 with only 65,000 miles on it. I’ve been having all my cars serviced at Broadway for a couple of years, but this is the first vehicle I’ve purchased from them. I’ll definitely look to Broadway first the next time I’m in the market for a used car. More
Poor customer service when dealing with a dissatisfied customer.
