The original sales person Bob didn’t even do the sale , another woman which I can’t remember her name did all the negotiations. When I asked Bob to get some touch up paint he said he can’t. I then called t another woman which I can’t remember her name did all the negotiations. When I asked Bob to get some touch up paint he said he can’t. I then called the woman and she came through. I also asked for the door handle to be touched up and it never was . When I picked up the truck, it had mud on the inside and outside. There were places it wasn’t wiped when towel dried. A day after I brought it home I noticed the mirror was broken on the driver’s side. I called about it and a day later showed Bob , he took pictures and said he would get parts to fix it. Two weeks go by and I heard nothing. I called the body shop to ask the status and he didn’t know anything about it. He said he would order parts. So far, I have not been contacted for when to bring it in for repair. More

Bought a Blazer. First day off the lot something is wrong with the front passenger tire. Fixing for free. Also had a lot of paint scratches. They agreed to fix it for "free", but somehow ended up with a $1300 'Luxury Package' I didn't ask for that covers paint..so it wasn't actually free at all. Major scuffing on the rims they didn't agree to repair and the reasoning was, "They need to make some money on the vehicle" per the salesman. I understand that, but you don't say that to a customer. I won't buy another vehicle from them. More

Customer service is terrible! Didn't want to make keys for vehicle that were supposed to be available at time of sale!
