I told that the dealer (victor siehr) and another names Jeff possibly. That I had been pre-approved through my bank, being fox community. I thought after test driving the car I was filling out a pre approv Jeff possibly. That I had been pre-approved through my bank, being fox community. I thought after test driving the car I was filling out a pre approval form to send to my loan agent so I would then be approved for my car. Jeff, then later said how they worked with fox and that I didn’t need to do that? He then talked me into buying a product that was $1200 that after not knowing that I was signing a whole different loan approval (through the dealer) that wasn’t even an approval to my loan agent at fox. After speaking with fox they told me that the dealers I worked with filed for a loan through the dealer. That I found out later that’s what I was talked into signing from (Jeff). I then got pulled into a office with victor where he pressured the whole time how my bank was trying to steal the business even though I had already figured out my bumper to bumper warranty and other options I was supposed to get when I purchased the car. My loan agent called to speak with victor and did indeed she spoke with him. After returning to the dealer after work to figure everything out victor began to lie and say how he never spoke with her and acted as if he had no clue what was going on. After saying I didn’t know what he having my sign and then said, since I signed its final and that I had proceed. I thought I was only sending in an pre approval for the car. He then lowered the price from 1200 to 900 after me sitting there for a hour of being pressured into signing the rest of the information. Very disappointed being this was my first time buying a car from a dealer and they put me into this situation, knowing I told them I was looking to get a pre approval sent to my loan agent. I had so much time waisted trying to talk to victor about the situation that was going on and he just acted like my bank BEING (FOX COMMUNITY) that the dealer works with FIRST HAND. He said they were trying to steal Victors business then proceeded to say how there bumper to bumper warrenty (Route 66) isn’t good and how I should buy there warranty because banks don’t work on cars.
