They were very personable, and understanding. Even though it was quite a bit of a wait, the vehicle was worth every minute. Absolutely awesome. Thank you. it was quite a bit of a wait, the vehicle was worth every minute. Absolutely awesome. Thank you. More

At 58 years old I was looking for a vehicle for life, 4 miles down a dirt road! After asking many friends, a Toyota was the only choice. Then I had to decide between a 4RUNNER and a TACOMA... Being a col miles down a dirt road! After asking many friends, a Toyota was the only choice. Then I had to decide between a 4RUNNER and a TACOMA... Being a collector of many things, I chose the Tacoma. It is like both an SUV and a truck. When I rode up to the lot with my 2 BFF’s and my new puppy, I fell in love with the, ‘molten lava’ colored 2016 Tacoma with a nice bed liner and cover! Then I met Stan Shields, he was easy to talk to, down to earth and and had a good sense of humor! He once lived near Scottsville and loves Luvin’ Oven! He was very helpful and I felt he was a knowledgeable and honest person. My dog and I got to enjoy the Tacoma in the snow yesterday! My only trouble thus far was when I bought an already assembled dog crate, I didn’t know how to get the cover off of the bed liner! Gotta love and old lady, puppy and a TRUCK! Many thanks to all who made the purchase of a lifetime a very pleasant experience ~ Blessings~ More

Some info left out, good overall experience Decent overall experience. Everyone I talked to was nice, and professional. Purchased a used 2017 Ram truck, had nice features and stuff to like, look Decent overall experience. Everyone I talked to was nice, and professional. Purchased a used 2017 Ram truck, had nice features and stuff to like, looked pretty nice. They made sure I saw the CarFax. They had the truck cleaned and detailed, and filled up with gas for me when I picked it up, so I didn't have to worry about the first wash and tank of gas, which I thought was a nice touch for sure. Only thing I really have a problem with is there were a few things they could have been a little more up front about. I test drove the truck during the day light, and ended up buying it. I could not take it home that day due to a recall which was to be fixed two days later. I picked it up after I got off work two days later, and that night I went out in the truck. At that point I turn on the lights, because for some odd reason the lights were set to "off" instead of "auto". I thought it was odd because a truck that new has daytime run lights, etc, and why set it to off instead of just leaving it on auto? I soon found out. The truck "dings" every minute or two when the lights are on, telling me a parking light is out. There is no light out. After doing some research it appears this means a socket needs replacing, or it will forever think a light is out and ding incessantly. So the fact that the lights were set to "off" tells me they knew about this, and just left it on "off" so it wouldn't ding and bother anyone, and it would be off the lot and sold, and the new owner would be stuck with taking the truck in somewhere to get the socket identified and replaced. That is my main issue. On a much less annoying note, the truck also has a large scratch on the back of the cab where you can't really see it, which I just purchased a touch up paint pen from Ram/Mopar to fix/cover the scratch, as it is so bad I worry it will rust. All in all, I think the dealership is a pretty decent one. I just think they could have been a little more up front about a few things, mostly the "parking light out" issue, as that seemed very deceptive to me once I discovered the problem existed. More
