Great service I brought my Jeep in thinking It was having a serious problem because 3 places had told me my battery was good and it might be electrical. It turned I brought my Jeep in thinking It was having a serious problem because 3 places had told me my battery was good and it might be electrical. It turned out to just be the battery...the service lady called me and informed me of all information prior to fixing it and then again once the job was complete...she made it so easy to approve and pay for the service over the phone and kept me from having to leave work to deal with it. Dissatisfied I went in for my 15000 mile tire rotation and assorted checks. I knew I had one tire low on air but I didn't tell them. When checking out the assured I went in for my 15000 mile tire rotation and assorted checks. I knew I had one tire low on air but I didn't tell them. When checking out the assured me that they set all the tires at 35 psi. Ok good. When I got out to my truck to leave I checked the tire monitor on my dash and the tire pressure were at 27 28 28 and 30. When I got home I checked them with a gauge to confirm and they were all low. Simple job not done. I don't trust you. More

Bad workmanship After the oil change,,when I was driving home I smell burning oil. At first I thought it’s the smell for being in the shop. After driving around for awhile the smell got worse. Opened up the hood I found out the oil cap is not on, oil is spilling everywhere.it’s a heck of time cleaning up! Mad as xxxx! More

Took great care of me 5000 mile check up: Less time than expected. Comfortable waiting area. My car seat was covered to keep it clean. Paper floor mat kept grease out. Then, when I called not an hour later, just after I got a 12 point buck with my front end, they walked me through what I needed to do to get my car repaired, after verifying I was ok and explaining the caution messages on the dash. New car purchase I did my homework & picked out the car I wanted to buy. The next day I came in to buy it. Justin was my sales guy. He provided excellent customer service throughout the process. He even spent an hour in the car explaining all the features and electronics before I drove away. It was SO helpful!!! The only thing about financing is that it takes ALL day even with excellent credit and no haggling. I didn’t even test drive the car! It took forever for them to let me know my monthly payment but I was asked to sign contracts before that info was given to me. I kept having to ask. I didn’t understand why it took all that time, and did not enjoy meeting with the financial guy. He was fine, but I didn’t feel like he was completely honest or forthcoming . I was at the dealer from 9:30am until 3:30pm. My overall experience was fine except for the waiting! Justin was very friendly and attentive. I do love my new RAV4 Hybrid! P.S. Toyota advertised 0% financing or $3000 off sticker. The 0% financing was quickly explained as being a bad idea and to take the discount. Somehow it sounded right but not really, and I was not convinced I did the right thing because my interest rate is 5.45% and that’ll end up being more than $3000 in the end. More
