Great Service for a Great Price. Really appreciated the coupon I recd in the mail and Free Car wash. Also appreciated the assistance from your team to go the ext for a Great Price. The only thing I would suggest is better customer svc via phone system. It takes a long time to speak to someone after the initial answer from the operator. After being transferred, many times I will receive a voicemail in which I rarely get a call back. More

The schedulers may insist on separate times for routine service and a state inspection, they may insist on scheduling at inconvenient times. More than once I've had to take the car back for some (small) problem that should have been taken care of with the first appointment. This time they replaced the cabin filter, behind the glove department; now the glove department door won't stay closed. If it wasn't for the nitrogen-filled tires, I would have service done somewhere else. This should be a service review. I'm not sure why it appears to be only for sales. It's been over 2 years since we purchased our car. More

I got charged $210.00 for this service. Which was bad enough I got charged $210.00 for this 30,000 mile service, which was bad enough, for what I thought was an oil chamge..then checked my checking two days late I got charged $210.00 for this 30,000 mile service, which was bad enough, for what I thought was an oil chamge..then checked my checking two days later only to find out I had been double charged...asked about complimentary car wash and was told that it was too cold. This was Saturday January 2nd in Lynchburg va. This was at 12 p.m. it was 43 then and the temp today was 65 ish... I am upset to say the least and I will not go back to the dealership any more for my maintenance. End of story. I do not/ and will never recommend this to anyone. More
