Stan - my salesman - greeted me right out front and was kind and patient with me throughout the entire process of looking over my new-to-me Prius. David was patient when my car buying entourage had some tough questions and was willing to take the time to address our concerns. Then Nick came in at the end and was able to answer all of my questions about financing, as well as being able to negotiate a really great rate for me AND lay out different options for me to choose from regarding different maintenance packages/GAP protection, etc. Each of these gentlemen took the time to answer my questions and gave thoughtful, straightforward answers. They never made me feel pressured or like I was asking a dumb question, which I found very important as I am still fairly new to the car-buying process.
