After exhaustive research on hybrids and other “green” cars, I decided to purchase a Chevy Volt. I started with a pricing report from Consumer Reports and then went to the Chevrolet website to find the V cars, I decided to purchase a Chevy Volt. Of course, I wanted to see the vehicle up close and decided to visit several local dealerships, however, after I visited Carfagno Chevrolet and met with sales representative Pete DeStefano, I looked no further. I have never been an easy sell and this was especially true in this instance. I had lots of questions about this new “extended range electric vehicle”. How did it work? How did it drive? Could I get the Volt in the color and with the options that I wanted? What incentives were available? And, of course, how much was it going to cost me? Pete DeStefano was prepared to provide answers to all these questions and more. He was extremely knowledgeable but, just as important, he was professional, cordial and patient every time we interacted which included multiple visits to the dealership, phone calls, text messages and e-mails. He could not have been more accommodating. General Manager, Craig Morein, and Financial Manager, Susan Ellis, also demonstrated Carfagno’ s high level of customer service after I decided to buy instead of lease at the last minute on a Saturday afternoon.... no problem. The bottom line is that my car buying experience at Carfagno Chevrolet could not have been more rewarding. I bought a great car, at a great price, at a great dealership. During my entire dealings with Michael Kip I found him to be very professional, easy to deal with, responsive to my questions and very knowledgeable of the workings of Chevy Equinox. All I can say is this was the best experience purchasing a vehicle I have ever had and I have owned over 60 vehicles.
