I really just stopped by to get my existing 2005 Chevy Equinox serviced. I was a long time customer of another local Chevy dealer recently closed by the consolidations instituted by GM. I wasn't sure that I would continue to be a GM customer on my next vehicle purchase. I was happily surprised by the fast service that I received at Carfagno Chevrolet that day. I was in need of a complete new set of tires, which I already figured on, and also wanted to re-extend my GM warranty that was soon to expire. I decided to speak with John Coyle, a salesman with Carfagno, to see what was currently available in the GM line and to determine what my costs would be for re-extending the warranty on my existing vehicle. I found John to be very knowledgeable about the GM line and, in particular, the options available on the current Equinox models which were the best fit for my needs. After considering the cost of the new extended warranty, the new set of tires, the current high fuel costs, attractive financing and trade in values, I decided it was time to purchase a new, more fuel efficient Equinox model. I found the purchase process to be very smooth. Additionally, the finance manager was a true professional and make quick work of the closing. Lastly, the staff that I was involved with during the purchase process were prompt to follow up on any questions that I wanted answered while considering my decision.
